Application Conditions
Repeated washing at very high pH levels (i.e. in excess of 11.5) will adversely affect both emblem and garment. Due to the diverse nature of fabrics and textiles in the market place, customers are advised to carry out application, wash and any technical tests prior to placing orders.
Temperature / Time: 160ºC/320ºF for 6 seconds | 140ºC/284ºF for 10 seconds
Line Pressure: 5.0 to 6.0 bar / 5.01 to 6.12 kgcm² (minimum 7 bar / 7.14 kgcm² for large areas)
Applied Pressure: 2kg/cm²
Varies to suit platen size of heat press. Remove carrier film whilst transfer is still hot.
